Autumn Threads offers safe, secure online shopping and
prompt delivery of your order. Orders can be placed with us online by adding products to your shopping cart. Please specify quantity then click ‘Add To Cart’ and follow the step by step instructions. You will need to specify delivery area at check out. To request free local delivery (Faulconbridge to Penrith) simply select "Customer Pickup" at checkout. You will receive a phone call to arrange delivery. All customers will receive a confirmation of order via email. It is recommended that you print a copy of this confirmation as a reference. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible. This may be due to spam filters or incorrect email details. Phone orders are also most welcome. We can be contacted by phone or email.

| Autumn Threads deliver within Australia only. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit, Pay Pal, Money order and Cheque. Autumn Threads is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. All information provided by you by will be kept strictly confidential and used only for it's intended purpose, which is to process orders. Autumn Threads will never give, sell or trade any personal information to any outside person or organization.

| Orders are shipped via Australia Post once payment has cleared. Products marked 'Free Shipping' will not have a postage charge added at checkout. If these products are ordered along with other items, then only costs for those postage applicable items will be added to the order total.

We are happy to exchange any item in original condition with a credit voucher only, for our online store to the value of the item purchased. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with the goods to be returned. Goods should be returned to:
