Materials for Quilt:
Background block 1/4 yard.
Applique designs 1/8 yard fabric or scraps of several coordinating fabrics.
Inside and outside borders and backing 2/3 yard.
Block borders 1/8 yard each of at least four solid colours and at least four coordinating prints.
Fusible webbing 1/2 yard.
Lightweight batting or fleece 25" x 16".
DMC embroidery floss: 3362 (green for words), 310 (black for eyes and noses, dog and bear), 801 (brown for hair), 3768 (blue for leash), 434 (light brown for quilting).
Six assorted 3/8"shirt buttons.
6" of coordinating 1/8" ribbon for mom's hat.
Q-tip and blush or acrylic paint and small stencil brush for cheeks.
