No, we sell exclusively online. Customers can conveniently access product information and make purchases at anytime. Need assistance? We respond promptly to customer enquiries.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Pick-up is unavailable at this time, however local customers from Hazelbrook to Emu Plains can choose to have their orders delivered free of charge. Please see our Shipping Page for Terms and Conditions.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship within Australia only. Unfortunately we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12.00 for orders up to $150
For orders over $150 we offer Free Shipping
*Bulky or heavy items (e.g. long rolls of fabric, wadding, fleece) may incur additonal shipping charges. If this applies, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We strive to pack and ship orders within 24 hours of being received. Orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking, however due to current Covid restrictions delays to regular delivery times may sometimes occur.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT?
Orders are processed though PayPal. Please note that payment details are not shared with Autumn Threads.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We accept returns within 30 days if in original packaging and saleable condition. Please include your name and purchase details. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued. Postage costs are not refundable.
